隐私政策
简要说明
Floatline 不需要注册账号，不投放广告，不包含任何统计、分析或追踪 SDK。你的书库、阅读进度和设置只保存在你自己的 Mac 上，我们无法访问。
本政策由 GathXR, Inc.（下称“我们”）发布。
保存在你 Mac 上的数据
- 你导入的内容：粘贴的文字、EPUB / TXT / Markdown 文件的正文、网页文章的标题和正文、播客与音频链接。
- 阅读进度、书库排序与偏好设置（例如朗读声音、语速、是否开启双语）。
- 译文缓存与播客节目列表缓存，用于减少重复的网络请求。
以上数据存放在 App 的沙盒目录中，不会上传给我们。清除 App 的数据文件夹可移除这些内容；仅删除 App 本身可能仍保留沙盒数据。
会离开你 Mac 的网络请求
只有在你使用以下功能时，App 才会联网：
- 双语翻译（可选，默认需你开启）：当前正在朗读的这一句文字会发送给翻译服务——首选 Google 翻译（
translate.googleapis.com），失败时改用 MyMemory（api.mymemory.translated.net）。请求中只包含这句文字和目标语言，不包含账号、设备标识或你的其它内容。这些服务按其各自的隐私政策处理请求。关闭双语后不会再发送任何翻译请求。 - 导入网页：App 会访问你输入的网址以读取文章内容。
- 播客与音频：App 会访问你添加的 RSS 地址，并从你提供的音频地址播放音频。
与任何网络请求一样，对方服务器会看到你的 IP 地址等标准连接信息。我们不运营这些服务器，也收不到这些请求。
购买
Floatline 可免费下载，通过 Apple 的 App 内购买开始 7 天免费试用或一次性永久解锁。试用不会自动扣款。App 向 Apple 请求商品和验证购买记录；付款与购买恢复均由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到你的支付信息或 Apple 账户信息。
儿童
我们不会有意收集任何人的个人信息，包括 13 岁以下的儿童。

Privacy Policy
In short
Floatline requires no account, shows no ads, and contains no analytics, telemetry or tracking SDKs. Your library, reading positions and settings stay on your own Mac; we cannot access them.
This policy is published by GathXR, Inc. (“we”).
Data stored on your Mac
- Content you import: pasted text, the text of EPUB / TXT / Markdown files, web article titles and bodies, podcast and audio links.
- Reading positions, library order and preferences (such as voice, speed and whether bilingual mode is on).
- A translation cache and a podcast episode cache, used to avoid repeated network requests.
This data lives in the app’s sandbox container and is never uploaded to us. Remove the app’s data folder to delete this content; uninstalling the app alone may leave sandbox data behind.
Network requests that leave your Mac
The app only goes online when you use these features:
- Bilingual translation (optional; you turn it on): the single sentence currently being read is sent to a translation service — Google Translate (
translate.googleapis.com) first, or MyMemory (api.mymemory.translated.net) if that fails. The request contains only that sentence and the target language, with no account, device identifier or other content. These services handle requests under their own privacy policies. With bilingual mode off, no translation requests are sent. - Web import: the app fetches the web address you enter to read the article.
- Podcasts and audio: the app fetches the RSS feeds you add and streams audio from the addresses you provide.
As with any network request, those servers see standard connection details such as your IP address. We do not operate these servers and do not receive these requests.
Purchases
Floatline is free to download. Apple In-App Purchase provides a 7-day free trial and a one-time lifetime unlock, with no automatic charge when the trial ends. The app requests product information and verifies purchases with Apple. Payments and purchase restoration are handled by Apple; we never receive your payment details or Apple Account information.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
